 English Incredibly Easy

Music is a truly universal language.

     It’s something we can all understand and connect with, 

regardless of which languages we speak.

     But if music is so universal, why is it so hard to understand the

English you hear in songs? English songs on the radio sometimes

sound like total gibberish, and the language is very hard to follow.

     What you need, dear English learner, are some songs that are 

simple enough to understand yet still catchy enough to have you 

dancing and singing all day.

      That’s where pop (popular) music comes into play. Here is the

Some Ways To Avoid Using The Word ‘Very’

    Substitute ‘damn’ every time you’re inclined to write ‘very;’ your editor will delete it and the writing will be just as it should be. Mark Twain

    ‘Very’ is the most useless word in the English language and can always come out. More than useless, it is treacherous because it invariably weakens what it is intended to strengthen.  Florence King

    So avoid using the word ‘very’ because it’s lazy. A man is not very tired, he is exhausted. Don’t use very sad, use morose. Language was invented for one reason, boys – to woo women – and, in that endeavor, laziness will not do. It also won’t do in your essays.  N.H. Kleinbaum

It can be hard to decide when to use 'make' or 'do' in English. Here's some help.

1: We use 'make' when we create or construct something. For example:

• She made a cake.
• I've made us some coffee.
• Did you really make those trousers?

2: We use 'do' for general activities. In this case, 'do' is often used with 'something', 'nothing', 'anything' or 'everything':

• What did you do at the weekend?
• I didn't do anything yesterday.
• She's fed up with doing everything herself. She needs some help.
• Are you doing anything interesting during the holidays?

NOTE: 'What do you do?' means 'what's your job?' 

3: There are many, many fixed expressions with 'make' and 'do'. Unfortunately, they don't really follow any useful rules, so you have to learn them. Sorry!

Well, here is a list of reasons to learn English:

1. You can get more knowledge. 

If you know English well, an incredible amount of resources becomes accessible: books, courses, videos and of course, a great part of the Internet.
Most of the blogs and websites are in English (second place is Chinese).

2. You may get a better job if you know English. 

Many positions require dealing with clients, service providers or colleagues from other countries. In those cases, your knowledge of English is a critical advantage. It can help you advance further in your career.

3. You are able to manage better abroad. 

You can speak with confidence and get your message across clearly, instead of hesitating and stammering.
Even in non English speaking countries, it can be very helpful  for a tourist to know English. 

4. You can meet many new people from around the world. 

You can do that while you travel to a different country or even from home using the Internet! 

5. You can enjoy English art in its original form.

You can watch movies, read books and listen to music in its original and untranslated form, which is in most cases more authentic. And songs tend to be better when you can truly understand them.

But why learn English rather than another language?

Well, it's a GLOBAL LANGUAGE. As an example, a German person and a Mexican person can communicate using English. They usually wouldn't communicate using Bulgarian...

The bottom line is this: more and more opportunities. 
You simply have many more options, and those options can help you in life.
